Regular readers will note I've been quiet lately. I've been trying to crank out a paper, and that's been taking considerable time, mostly for me to sit and stare blankly at my screen. I know what I want to write, but getting the words to come out how I'd like them to come out has been proving more difficult than I expected.

As a brief update on the scheduling this, I did finally submit my desired schedule, with one of the options I considered in a previous post:

10 units, 2 finals:

• Evidence (4)
• Evidence Advocacy (2)
• Patent Law (3)
• Advocate of the Year Competition (1)

It's followed up with all sorts of contortionistic alternatives. We're supposed to have confirmation by mid-July.

As I humbly suggested yesterday, you should explore the alternative of speaking your paper into a recording device and then paying a typist to knock the words onto paper. It could potentially free you of the blank page phenomena which you are finding a difficult hurtle to overcome.

I've actually started churning out content at this point, so I don't think it's as much of a problem.

However, I will probably look into taking just such an approach in the future, whether I have someone else type the information in, or whether I do it myself.
