I also contacted CCLP for information about volunteering. The woman on the phone seemed irritated when I asked a few questions about the
organization's membership and her involvement/position. She also was pushy about getting me in there doing something right away, which made me think they are very short on volunteers. When I wanted to come in to talk to someone there, she seemed miffed that I couldn't accomodate to their schedule. In short, the phone call was a turnoff despite the fact that initially it seemed like their goal was a good one. Sounds similar to your experience. They made me unconfortable about dealing with them. And, you're right, they have no website.
