One question, I see the 10% for L1 is between 3.547 ~ 3.553, but 5% is between 3.660 ~ above. I suspect the 3.553 is a typo, otherwise we have 5% students in the tight range of 0.006 (3.553-3.547=0.006). It would amazing to have 12 (241*5%) in that narrow range, yet nobody scores between 3.553 ~ 3.660 (the high end of 10% and the low end of 5%). which is a 0.107 gap (almost twice as 0.006). I would suspect the 10% should be between 3.547 ~ 3.653, just guess though.
