Me, doing my best to do a moderately cariactured Justice Scalia in our final Constitutional Law class exercise, questioning Michael Newdow's stand-in:
Aren't you effectively trying to create a Lemon Pledge, making the Pledge shiny and fresh-smelling on the surface while failing to sufficiently nourish the critical content underneath?
I didn't get to work that in as smoothly as I had hoped, which made me a little embarrassed to use it. However, when Prof. Adler flashed 2 minutes of oral argument left, I did what I could.
