UPDATE: Silly me. I shouldn't have assumed there was an assignment for the first class, I suppose. The professor just updated the course page on TWEN, and there is no assignment.

I belive since starting this blog, I've always posted the first class assignments. Here it is Friday, first class on Monday, and my Patent Law professor apparently hasn't submitted his first class assignements yet. So, by Monday morning at 9 AM, I've got to read... something.

I have my Evidence first assignment, and Professor Talbot's even distributed his 37-page syllabus.

Here's what I have to do for Tuesday night:

Read 9-27 (FYI 1-8: author’s analysis) (FYI 29-43; 447-468)
FRE: 103; 104 (a), (b), (c), (e); 105; 611(a), (c); 615; 1101 (a), (b), (d)
CEC: 766; 772; 767; 765
Problems: 2.4 (Analyze under FRE 807 and FRE 103 (a))

I hope that Patent Law assignment comes in before Monday morning...
